Registry operator
The Water Credit Registry is operated by Captiva Verde Wellness Corp, a Delaware C-corporation. Captiva Verde is also a generator of Water Credits through its Jacksonville 01 station. The Registry publishes a monthly report of Captiva-issued credits relative to total network issuance to make this dual role visible.
Not investment advice
Nothing on this site — including price data on the Market terminal, station-level activity on the Registry, or the Standards library — is investment advice, a research recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell a security.
Credit is not a water right
A Water Credit represents a metered gallon of new pure water generated by a station. It does not convey a right to withdraw water from any basin, to discharge into any waterway, or to bypass any federal, state, or local water regulation.
Verification, not endorsement
Third-party verifiers listed on the Standards page countersign the meter hash on which a credit is minted. Their signature is a factual attestation of the meter reading. It is not an endorsement of the operator, the generator, or the buyer.
Related parties
Where a Captiva Verde affiliate is on either side of a listed order on the Market, the order is tagged in the public order book. The affiliate list is available on request to disclosures@captivaverde.com.
Regulatory status
The Registry is not a broker-dealer, not an exchange, and not a designated contract market. Credits are not securities under U.S. federal or state law. The Registry reports voluntarily to the EPA and to the Army Corps under the memoranda linked in the Standards library.
